About the work:

“Inner Peace” is a light object from my “Burning Blacklight” series that creates an atmosphere of harmony and serenity. On linen, I combine fluorescent layers of blue, green, and bright red, which are refined by fire and reminiscent of the dazzling beauty of Australian opals—inspired by my time in Australia.

In the center of the work, I have integrated synthetic resin crystals that contain fluorescent elements and artfully folded structures. This technique creates fascinating refractions of light and an impressive depth. The square light frame complements the artwork and allows the light intensity to be flexibly adjusted so that the object shines in new ways depending on the lighting conditions.
